Who’s Intentions?

Mar 31 through Apr 13

You can enhance your understanding by applying the Houses these signs and Planets are falling into in your Natal Chart. I am happy to help you with figuring that out, at no cost to you— just shoot me an email!!

ONGOING TRANSITS:

Saturn Squares Jupiter: This aspect will be weak these weeks.

The expansion in our Gemini house contrasts with the solidifying of our Pisces house. On December 21, 2020 we had the Saturn Jupiter conjunction. This Square is the First Quarter Phase of this planetary alignment. The sprouting of seeds started in Dec 2020 is followed up with problem solving now. If you were gardening it would be like in July when you are at steps like ensuring the seedlings stand to survive to harvest; maintaining Tomato trestle structures or looking for early signs of powdery mildew.  We had the first square on August 19th, 2024, when Jupiter moved through Gemini. In Jupiter's Retrogradation, we saw this aspect perfect on December 24th, 2024. We will see the final Saturn Square Jupiter on June 15th, 2025.

As this week progresses Mercury will enter Aquarius, and as the ruler of Gemini, Mercury’s movement will shift the nature of Jupiter in Gemini. The expansion of our Gemini house whose nature is objective and carefree will be able to actualize itself within the inventive approach of Aquarius. Jupiter and Mercury will both be in air signs which will provide more harmony between them. This Aquarius energy can better allow Jupiter in Gemini to utilize an objective, open-minded, and social value set. We will go more into Mercury in Aquarius later on.

On the Transit: Reflect on the relationship between your growth and your longevity. Growth demands we enter into novel arenas, and longevity demands will reinforce existing arenas. How are these two parts of life showing conflict? How do they require problem solving and reconciliation? Again, this should be relevant to things that began in December 2020.

The Gemini house is expressed as the teacher/student, the speaker/listener; through communication, channeling, and learning. It is objective, and we are expanding here. We are exploring different perspectives with an objective view. We are allowing ourselves to be aware we are wearing a mask. Check the relevant [Gemini] house. The Pisces House is expressed as a healer/victim/sick or the artist/artistic observer. The Pisces expression can require solitude, spirituality, or shows signs of escapism or substance use. This Pisces House is experiencing solidification, obstacles, and structure. Check that house as well.

How are responsibilities to our emotional healing causing delays or obstructions ? Or is channeled artistic expression conflicting with our search for new knowledge and experience through communication and/or learning? As Jupiter rules Pisces what we are discovering is how adopting specific attitudes toward growth despite their can help us resist falling into the need to escape life’s realities. We create our own reality, so why should we have to escape?

Saturn Trines Mars: This aspect has been phasing in and out due to the Mars retrograde back into Cancer. The first exact on Sep 30, 2024 followed by the most recent peak on February 9th during the Retrograde phase. Then it won’t actually peak again till April 4th, 2025. Though the power of this aspect remains present; building slowly. Saturn in Pisces with a flowing and harmonious connection with Mars in Cancer, both water signs. The preservation of our mental health through our life’s structures is able to connect well with this reconsideration of our familial bonds through changes in our goals, actions, and identity. So poor mental health practices lead to emotional chaos. These watery processes have a natural alignment. Pisces dissolving the ego to align with universal love or just new cultural context– Cancer shedding old emotional impressions/engaging new impressions that change the foundation of the ego and establish new bonds.

NEW TRANSITS:

Pisces Pile-Up: With Venus and Mercury in Pisces, the stoic influence of Saturn will be more distinct. We may more clearly engage ideas of simplifying our possessions and possessivenss. Simplifying and refining our thoughts and routines. The Saturnian values of longevity and efficiency will more distinctly and directly influence our thoughts and sense of appeal. As well, Saturn will have made an impact on the reconsiderations we will have made during the Venus and Mercury Retrogrades.

Sun Squares Mars: This aspect will begin gaining strength April 4th, and increase over the next two weeks. It will not peak until April 20th. We shouldn’t expect anything drastic within this aspect unless your specific Natal Chart has placements in Aries and Cancer that would be triggered. This aspect is described by strong compulsions of willpower. Leadership and creativity will be inspired by our raw emotions. We could begin to feel energy building and will have to be ready to use that up. This is a tension between the archetypal expressions of selfhood and the family unit. The individual and the tribe. You and your ancestors. Your senses of physiological and emotional security. Creative and expressive freedom will trigger these dynamics.

Mercury turns Direct: April 7th we get our full brains back. Our logical brain. We may see changes to our routines and thought processes that we are motivated by a utilitarian review of our truest sense of self. The last week of Mercury Retrograde is through Pisces; some of that review will be motivated by the desire to feel something invigorating. Ultimately we will have made some very self-centered and selfless impacts on our routines.

Venus turns Direct: April 12th we will realign with an intention to inner harmony. Like with Mercury, there have been some changes based on Arian self-assured selfhood and Piscean malleable self exploration. A good example here is someone who has taken a stand for their own harmony and health with a sense of command and warrior spirit. We will feel as though we are going into uncharted territory somewhere in our lives, that will be the signal here. Aries is the pioneer, and Pisces is an area in which intuition guides us through a fog.

Sun Conjuncts Chiron: The Sun will bring the Wounded Healer into illumination and conscious awareness as it pushes into later Aries over the next two weeks. This aspect peaks right at midday on April 12th. This transit will be felt more distinctly by Cardinal signs, [Capricorn ,Cancer, Libra, Aries] especially those with placements between 20˚-24˚ of those signs. An increased awareness of our own wounded nature, as highlighted by themes of self-assertion. This awareness of wounded nature manifests for better or for worse. We may feel more consideration of our healing capabilities and compulsion to be supportive of others. We may feel the opposite; triggered and sensitive about our capabilities will have a tendency to lash out. It will depend on how it plays with our Natal Charts.

Saturn Sextile Uranus: During this two week period Saturn and Uranus will be in an exact Sextile. We will be able to better reconstruct under the support purview of the “old ways” . Like having an elder over the shoulder as we continue through the lifetime journey of self-liberation that is our duty and birthright.

Full Moon in Libra: This lunation will peak at 8:30 PM EST on April 12th. The Full Moon in Libra brings body and mind to a conversation about how our emotional harmony relates to our expressive freedom. How can you meet your creative impulses with your sense of peace? How can this question be applied to you personally? In your relationships? In your community? In relation to your sense of existentialism.

This Full Moon will have the Sun directly on top of Chiron. So we will see themes of wounding and healing within the realm of these lunation manifestations.

*The date ranges reflect the Moon being a majority in the given sign during a 5am-11:59pm EST range. Moon Signs naturally set each other up for a successful procession through life's subtle developments. The Moon functions as a catalyst and distributor of the energies from the other Celestial bodies. You might take an extra note of when the Moon is entering important Houses in your Chart, like your First House/Rising Sign when you will be closely connected with your emotions.

Moon in Taurus - Mar 31-Apr 1: The exaltation of the Moon, lunar process is supported here. A good time frame for self-care and tradition. For enjoyment.

Moon in Gemini - Apr 1-3: A Moon seeking extra stimulation. These days are good for some playfulness, something new, meetings, logistics, and communication.

Moon in Cancer - Apr 3-5: The Moon’s home. These days we can best recharge and let go. Listen to your body. This will be the First Quarter Moon following the Solar Eclipse in Aries, which is a New Moon. So those intentions will see their first problem solving sequences exposed. As well, the Moon will be with Mars, and we should be wary of inflammation or inflammatory responses. Be prepared to need to expel some extra energy.

Moon in Leo - Apr 6-8: Leo Moons will require more dignity and can compel us to play and entertain. Especially in order to connect. Try to let things be light.

Moon in Virgo - Apr 8-10: Great days to get something done. Virgo Moons can leave us with some anxious energy that needs to be expelled. As well, on the 10th, the Moon will make an opposition to the Pisces-Pile-Up potentially leading to distinct interactions. Related to the serious refinement of our possessions and routines.

Moon in Libra - Apr 10-13: The First Full Moon following the Aries Eclipse. This will be the first culmination of those intentions. Libra Moons persist an air of consideration and passivity from our emotional impulses. These are not good for conflict and communication which demands realness. These are good for entertainment and diplomatic affairs. Decorating rather than cleaning up. Though you might be compelled to tidy up.

Moon in Scorpio - Apr 13: Scorpio Moons can feel more intense, but ultimately are a sort of “necessary evil”. As we can dig down deeper. Exercising the body, but also exorcising the body.

Finally a reprieve from the intensity of the last couple months. This pair of weeks lightens the load. We see Venus and Mercury turn direct. Every planet will be DIRECT!! All systems of moving forward for the time being! May 4th Pluto goes retrograde, but not primary celestials messing up our flow states.

This week culminates with the Full Moon in Libra. A set of weeks to practice balance between tenderness and firmness. Consciously directed self-assertion contrasting with go-with-the-flow intuition, as well as consideration.
